How do I know which AOS form to use? I'm my husband's sponser. It's just the two of us, no other dependents. Also, I know I can submit just the transcripts from 2011, the most recent and it's optional to submit past years. Is this correct? Do I need to submit past W-2 forms as well? The AOS is the most confusing to me.

Can anyone clarify?
 
File I-864. Unless he's already worked and paid enough taxes in the US for enough years to qualify for I-864W.

You're supposed to submit 3 years of transcripts, not just one. If you don't have 3 you'll need to submit a written explanation.

W-2 or 1099 is required if you submit copies of your tax returns, but not if you submit tax transcripts.
