Hello all,
My wife will be petitioning for me in India, we'll be filing an I-130.
We would like to know which 'Affidavit of Support' form should we fill? Since we are working in India we are making below the poverty line in US. We are getting either her brother or my cousin to sign one for us.
But we are confused which one will it be? Is it I-134 or I-864? Also there are different form listed under I-864, we are finding it quite confusing and just want to make sure we have all the correct paperwork when we file at the US Embassy.
Also, when we read the New Delhi Consulate website it says after we submit the I-130 we'll have an interview the same day. Does anybody have any idea what this is about?
