Can you state the relationship to your sponsor as friend ? Would that be ok ?
Sure, afterall everybody knows that a friend in need is a friend indeed. Can you state the relationship to your sponsor as friend ? Would that be ok ?

Probably not; but I think the Consular officer will ask you about it during the interview.Any implication if the relationship column is left blank?

Hi,
I am about to provide someone with an I-134 for a DV case.
What should I select in section 11 (Intend or do not intend)What difference does it make?
Thanks for your help.
Ben
chose "intend..."
"not intend..." means you don't want to support the person.
So the question was not to intend or not to intend to support the person.Taken from I-134 doc said:That I ___ intend ___do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.
(If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnishroom and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in U.S. dollars and state whether it is to be given in a lumpsum, weekly or monthly, or for how long.
Thanks blackgerm for your reply.
But I am affraid that it is more complex than that. The full question in section 11 is:
So the question was not to intend or not to intend to support the person.
Any ideas?
Thanks again for your help.
"All expenses including but not limited to their visa expenses, airline return tickets costs to come to USA & US domestic travel, lodging, boarding, food, incidental expenses and visitor medical insurance". Which ever applies to your particular situation. Thanks blackgerm for your reply.

General terms are probably easier, since you won't have to specify how much money, for how long etc. Just your own comfort level. Thanks Baba Aladura,
So by selecting "Intend", do I need to list specific items?
Thanks,
