Help me to understand about affidavit of support.
Which form we need for affidavit of support. I mean I-134 or I-164.
In this link they have given important note :

Important Note: The NVC cannot accept Form I-134 for immigrant visa processing. The NVC only accepts the appropriate I-864 form(s).
What is that mean?
And what about Letter of Recommendation. Isn't letter of recommendation enough for DV?
