I am applying for B2 extension for my parents. My father is preparing the form himself stating that I am providing the financial support etc . He is also including his property docs in india as proof of his ties back to India.
Question I have is since I am furnishing my financial docs to go with his form etc, do I also need to fill out an affidavit of support form to go with his 539 application? i don;t see that stated anywhere in the threads so wanted a clarification.
