i am petitioning my mother to live with me. i'm confused of how i should fill up the affidavit of support for her. i'm a stay home mom but my husband and i always file our tax return as joint. my question is should i still fill up the form I 864A contract between sponsor and household member or just the main form only? i know i should be the main sponsor but i do not have any personal income. what should i do?
