Affidavit of Support Question - Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor

Hello All,

Quick question... I am helping my friend who just won the DV2009. I will be providing her with the Affidavit of Support. My question is in regards to the Oath or Affirmation section. What is the process in which I get this section affirmed or not. I live in the USA. Do I need to contact USCIS and arrange to see an immigration officier to get this affirm the information or can I just use a notary public to sign off?
 
Actually the form I-134 states the following in respect to filing:
To file this form, it needs to be sworn to or affirmed by a USCIS Officer at any USCIS Office, by a notary public, or other official authorized to administer oaths for general purposes. If the sponsor is outside the United States, the affidavit must be sworn to or affirmed by a USCIS Officer or Consular Officer at any U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
So both USCIS officer and notary public is fine choices.
