Affidavit of support (last income tax below poverty line)

Hi,

My last income tax (2008) was $31,200, $1000 below the 125% poverty line, for a family housefold size of 5: $32,237.50

2007 Income was $40,000
2006 Income was $38,000

Current 2009 average: $38,000

I don't have any assets or saving accounts.
Do I need to have a co-sponsor? or my average of the last 3 years will be enough?

You need a co-sponsor. You don't have to include 2 previous years, only the most recent one. BTW you also have to include the letter of employment and recent paystubs (otherwise they'll be required at the interview or you may get RFE on earlier stage).
 
You will NOT need a co-sponsor if you are currently making more than required.

Prior tax return AGI is not the same as your current income.
If you are making more than the required now, just get a letter from your employer stating the salary, and also pay stubs from last 6 months.
