Affidavit Of Support Form - Questions

We (I, my wife and son) intend to file I-485. I am the sponsor for my wife and son; and I will file a separate I-134 form with their applications.

I would appreciate answers to following:

1) In part 3, after filling the first three lines (name, address,etc.), How do I answer the part: Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:

Do I write - leave it blank? or sons name in the affidavit for wife and vice versa?

2)particulars (names) in part 8, 9 and 10.

part 8: names of both wife and son? (both are wholly dependent)

part 9: son\'s name in affidavit for wife and vice versa?

part 10 .NONE? or . ?)
