Affidavit of Support for iranians

hello
i asked about this a while ago and still something is not clear for me. i hope it's ok asking again.
is it ok for people from iran to have 'job offers' as Affidavit of support? we are a family of four. and we can get job offers for three of us. and one of these jobs is pretty well-paid. is it acceptable?
