Affidavit of support for dependent in employment based AOS

We have an AOS interview in first week of April in NYC federal plaza. Along with other things DO sent us the Aiifdavit of Support I-864 forms. Do we really have to complete and take I 864 with us. I am the Primary applicant. My spouse is dependent and don't work and have no income. My Lawyer said I don't have to complete the I864. She said if I wish I can carry I-134 (other Affidavit of support) with me.

Someone please shed some light.....

Your attorney is correct. It is general Interview letter. You just need I-134.
