Affidavit of Support Clarification Needed!!!

Situation:
1. Got Married and my wife is USC.
2. We both were students with no income (no tax retruns)

Questions...
1. Should my wife still file Affidavit of Support with "0" income? and add
a Joint Sponsor?
2. Just read that only one most recent year's copy of Tax Returns are needed
not 3 years... is this valid and safe?

Yes. Sponsor should file I-864 even if income is $0.00
2. Just read that only one most recent year's copy of Tax Returns are needed
not 3 years... is this valid and safe?
Dont take chances. USCIS has not updated its website or the instructions with this new change. Submit all three years of tax returns to avoid a possible RFE.
