As I understand, the process of passing interview for DV winners is almost the same, as passing job interviews - first you show your resumes (in this case it is forms DSP-122 and DS-230), and if consul selects you for the interview, you probably get chance for a getting visa.

And important point of this process is poverty guidelines correspondence of applicant. Or poverty guidelines should met be by all applicants? (because in our case main applicant will be accompanied with its 3 children).

So I have two essential questions:
* As our family don't have a lots of assets in real estate, money or other property, mostly we hope for the power of affidavit of support, but as I understand, in form DS-230 (first package of documents for DV, which we should send asap), in Part II there's 39. Name and Address of Petitioner. As I understand - this is where we should write the name, email address and telephone number of our affidavit of support right? But what if we still didn't found our affidavit of support? Is there major risk that we won't be invited for interview only because we didn't set our affidavit of support already in this form? Should we hurry and already find a person who will be our affidavit? Is it okay if we will set as our petitioner (our affidavit of support) the person, who still doubt to be our affidavit of support?
* Applicant have 3 children: 4 years old, 17 years old and 20 years old. I know that those who will sign affidavit of support should in most cases have extra $1,500 income per month for each person for which he stands as a sponsor. If 3 children accompanying DV lottery applicant, does that means that our sponsor should have good enough income to maintain all this 4 person (applicant and his family)? Or it is enough to sign affidavit of support only for the one person - an applicant?

39. Name and Address of Petitioner
For DV cases, the petitioner is the person who won the dv lottery or the principal applicant (note; this is not your sponsor). The petitioner is the person who files the immigration paperwork (DV is self-petitioning)

If you are not in a position to provide for yourself a prove of financial means, then you need someone who is an American citizen or holds a GC to provide you with an affidavit of support. To fulfill this purpose, your sponsor should be able to show that he/she earns an annual income of £32,237 for a family of 5 people (your sponsor and your family of 4 people).
