HI Everybody!

I am so confused with I-864. I hope someone can help me out.

1.My husband (USC) filled out I-864. But he is a student and his income is $ 0 (loans are not considered). As I understood my husband (even with $ 0 income) needs to fill I-864 out?

2.His parents will help us. But what form should each of them fill out? I-864 or I-864A?

3.What supporting documentation we need from his parents? Passports or birth certificates? Can we collect only 2008 tax return or 3 recent years necessary?

You just need to show what type of status they have here in the US. You also need to include income that is 125% over poverty level. I think the most recent or 2008 tax return should be fine.
