Hello,
Did anyone have to get affidavit of birth, if so, could u pls give me an idea if it has to be notarized or how u got it done, or if there is a standard format or some sort,

You will get format for affidavit. Also it has to be notorized in India. It is prity easy every court in India has public notary and they
will give you notorized affidavits just for 15-20 Rupees. If you not from India you better check in your country.

towns do issue a letter saying there r no records.

I just got my I140 approved and I appreciate if you can let me know in TSC whatz the current ND date they are working on.Also how long they are taking to adjudicate the 485 case under EB3 or EB2 approx.
