affidavit of birth without non-avail certificate letter

My wife applied for I-485 using affidavit of birth letters (from her mother and uncle) without the non-avail certificate.

I am now worrying about getting a RFE because of this. Have any of us got RFE from CSC regarding the non-avail certificate?
btw, she was born in Vietnam and helds a Canadian passport. (And i am the primary applicant.)

Ciba, please give me some pointers on what i can do about this situation?

do not worry, as far as experience no one on this forum has got an RFE because of affidavit instead of birth Certificate
