Affidavit Letter for RFE..advise!
Hi ,
I got an RFE to prove the number of years of experience i have.
Since the service letter from my previous company does not have
my job duties, my lawyer is asking for an affidavit letter from co-workers from my previous company in addition .
I have asked some of my colleagues to provide this letter.
What should i write in this letter?
Right now i have them asserting:
*my as well as their date of joining and leaving,
*my designation,
*skills,
*projects and
*professional character.
DO I need to ADD anything more here.
Also what can make my case stronger and reduce the chances of denial . I will be providing pay-stubs, and some interim letters from
my company. What else can i provide??
