Hi everyone, I'm just finishing preparing all my documents to send for my case. But I bumped into 2 questions:
1.- I saw that I should include Affidavit from 3rd Parties stating that they are aware of my marriage. My question is, can that be a simple letter signed by the 3erd Party, or does it has to be Legally Notarized?
2.- I'm not sure if I'm supposed to fill a I-693 form, anyone knows when is this necesary and when it's not?
