I am just applying for Labor certification and my lawer is asking for affidavit for all the previous jobs even though I have experience letters for those. They are saying that the experience letter has to be in a certain format and because my experience certificate is not in that format they are asking me to get affidavit from co-workers. IS this really necessary?
