Can a person who is younger, submit an affidavit for Birth certificate?
My dad is 75 years old and we do not have any relative or friends who is older to my dad and is alive. I have a NABC and school certificate stating my dad's DOB and father's name. I wanted to submit an affidavit along with NABC in response to RFE. Is it ok to submit an affidavit from someone who is younger?
How should we proceed our case. Will a cover letter explaining the situation help.
