My son applied for me and my wife. Now he has to send some fees. Question is for affidavit fee is it to send $65 for each of me and my wife or does the $65 cover for the affidavit process of both of us?

Sorry guys I am a little confused. Is this the affidavit fee you are thinking about OR the ISSUANCE fee as per the mumbai consulate site: http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/wwwhfees.html
Coz there is no fee associated with I-864 as per this USCIS site:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-864pkg.htm
