Affect of filing taxes on citizenship application

My uncle got his green card based on his daughter and son-in-law's sponsorship.
He is now going to apply for citizenship.

I am a citizen and wanting to start a BioTech company. If I officially list my uncle as a founder and CFO on a payroll for which he will file taxes, will that affect his citizenship in any way?
 
Why would his citizenship be affected if he's doing everything legally?

His green card was through his daughter, son in law was not a petitioner; he may have been a joint sponsor.
