My ex-wife is a USC and we divorced prior to me receiving my permanent residency. Although we parted on bad terms (about 3 years ago) we recently started communicating again.
I filed my I-571 and was told they required more evidence. So, I asked her if she would be willing to write a letter on my behalf stating that we married in good faith, yada yada.
She asked me what she should write and I told her "The truth." She asked what specific points she should bring up and I wasn't for sure. I told her to include how we met, where we lived, where we got married, our time together etc. Did I miss anything important? Thanks,
