EAD base on a baby

I have a friend who lives in OH, she gave a birth 3 months a go … she has no paper to work to support the baby. Can she Apply for EAD or any sort of Document to allow her work here and support her US born baby ?!

What is AEC? Did you mean EAD (employment authorization)?
The fact that your friend has a US born baby unfortunately won’t help her to get an employment authorization card, nor it’s going to help her to get adjusted either.
But she is qualified for a list of public assistance programs and other benefits for her American baby (but not for herself). Even if she is illegal in this country, she is still eligible to apply for her baby and she shouldn’t worry – she won’t be reported to INS for doing so.
