So here is my case. Last year I was on an exchange program, J1 2yHRR.
The thing is that the scholarship I received was not granted especially for that exchange program. It is a scholarship that I received every year since 1999 for my studies inside my country.
I've heard that in such a case, I may not be subject to that 2yHRR.
Has any of you been in that situation ?
Do you think that I should ask for an advisory opinion ? And how do I prove that the scholarship was not for that exchange program in particular (To be more specific, what papers should I provide) ?
Or am I subject to that 2yHRR and an advisory opinion is useless...
