Hi All,

My wife applied on EB-1EA and after RFE got denied by CSC. We just sent out the appeal and the file now is in Washington AAO office, pending decision.

We came to know this morning that she qualified for a very prestigious fellowship on her research project. She is a Post-Doc. Do we have an option to inform this matter to the AAO? Or is this info going to help the appeal?

Your ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks

Did she qualify for the fellowship before she sent her first petition ? If not, it won't help. BTW, fellowships are often borderline in terms of awards since you get a fellowship not because of your achievements but a research proposal for this particular project. In my opinion fellowships might be ok for OR but they are not enough for EA.
