My I-485 approved and I received courtesy copy. Shall I go to local INS (Philly) with this copy for my Green card stamping. Or I neded original copy which was mailed to My lawer.

You can get the stamping done with the courtesy copy. All you need to take is the Courtesy copy, Passport, I94, AP, EADs 2 photos.
