Hi there - I had my PERM approved in September 2006 and I am just working with my employer to file my I140 this week. I am on an E2 Spouse (Treaty Investor) visa at the moment with a work permit. My I140 will be EB3-skilled worker and I as born in the UK so at the moment I am looking at a year and 3 month wait before I can file I485. My question is what should I make sure gets included in the application? this is what is currently being included: the I140, copy of my employers annual reports and financial statements, my Resume, copies of past job offer letters and job descriptions and of course the fee and the original PERM certification (signed). This seems like such an easy process compared to my PERM application I just want someone to agree with me that that's all thats needed? Thanks to anyone that can help!!!
