I Been Married With A Us Citizen For 3 Years. How Do I Apply For A Residency. I Been In This Country For 21 Years. Im 23 Years Old Before Getting Married My Parents Applied Through Asylum And Our Case Was Denied. I Have Gone To Different Lawyers And Have Found No Right Answers

lily, when you marry a USC it doesn't matter that you have been through other processes, or what status you have at this time, you are eligible for a residency as long as you didn't cross the border illegally. With that in mind, you can go ahead and submit the necessary forms to adjust your status.

Just confirm my answer with someone else in this forum, out of the top my head you need to fill out the form i130, i485, i765 (for employment permit), g325.

Search the foruims, you will find the list with all the forms, etc.
