I applied for my Labor certification thru company A in 2004 November (pre-perm)under EB-2 category. I received my 45 day letter notice in Feb 2006 but haven't cleared the LC till now. Now I have an offer from company B. The question is can I move to company B and file for GC using the same priority date of Nov 2004. If it is possible ,under what circumstances, I can apply for my GC. Your help is greatly appreciated.
