No problem. I would be happy if I can be of any help to any one. I preparaed both EB-2 NIW and EB-1 cases myself.
If you want I can review and help in your case.
Discalimer:Please understand before we proceed that sucess or failure of getting your petition approved is partly based on your efforts and mostly the immigrtaion officer who adjudicates your case and his level of understanding of the law.
I should not be held responsible for anything. What I would be doing should be considered as JUST a friendly advice or suggestions.
Unfortunately I feel non of them know everything and thats the reason our cases gather dust for someone's ignorance.
As you wuld have already read that I tried to link my old I-485 with my new EB-1 and there is a law describing it but everytime I call them and question them they show their ignorance of that law. DOnt even care to turn pages to go to Chapter 23. Thats why I am stuck and will have to spend another $1400 to file another 1-485.
