I was reading the new law and it looks like there\'ll be a change in the immigration application for the spouse/dependtents of a PR or a Canadian Citizen . What I understood from it is that a immigration application for the spouse and dependent children can be submitted from outside of Canada , earlier I think it was that the PR should apply for the spouse/dependents , the PR would receive a application that needs to be completed by the spouse/dependents and submitted to the Canadian Consulate in their home country . But now it looks like if the PR would be able to combine these two togather and apply in any Canadian Consulate .
This again is what I understood , anybody else who has read the new laws agree/disagree ?
