Hi Everybody:
As I mentioned in my earlier thread, I had submitted 3 petitions: NIW, OR and EA together (through my lawyer). Niw was denied. the same week OR got RFE. My lawyer is working on NIW-motion to repoen and replying to RFE. I am still waiting to hear about EA.
My husband has very similar credentials as mine and has not applied so far. We were waiting for one of the three petitions to come through. Do you guys feel he should start his petition as well, just in case all of my petitions are denied. I am thinking of the worst case scenario.
Any advise welcome.
