Dear friends, Your advice please:
My EB1A RFE was approved (thanks to the very kind help and info I got from this forum!), and I have not replied my NIW RFE yet. Both cases are in TSC. My 485 was filed to NSC this July under NIW and is still pending (FP was done).
Interestingly, my EB1A RFE notice has the same A# as the one on the 485 receipt, and later the EB1A approval notice also has the same A# as the one on the 485 receipt. But what is more surprising is that there is no A# on my NIW RFE notice! Does this mean that my 485 has already been automatically linked to EB1A???
Here is my concern:
1. If I reply to my NIW RFE, should I write the EB1A/485 A# on the cover letter? If yes, will this cause any confusion? If not, will I get two A# for two 140s? Or do you think I will get a new A# for NIW if it is approved even I include the old A# in the NIW RFE response cover letter?
2, Do I need to request for interfile even when the A# on the approved EB1A is the same as the one on the 485 receipt? My case may be a bit different from others because my 140s are both in TSC and my 485 is in NSC.
