I moved to a different state this week which comes under a different service centre. Employed with the same comapany. My attorney said, he will file AOS with the new address etc. Also case most likely to get transferred to local INS office and get an interview.
How can i avoid this, since i know it is going to delay it for ever.
This CSC is driving me mad.

Chill out dude, Its not only you, there many more who are mad at CSC atleast I am with you.

You have not filed your AOS yet, right ?
If you have not filed your AOS then why to worry to get transferred in different service center. Your lawyer is right but if he is little bit smart then he can file from CSC only.
Is your move is temporary or permanent ? Now you will ask why? How does it makes a difference ?
Yes it does , see if you are moving temporary then you can always say that I filed my AOS from CSC since I am suppose to come back to CA. Otherwise you have to file from different service center.
Is your parent company under CSC ? Now you will ask why? How does it makes a difference ?
Yes it does, you can always say that since my company is in CA that's why I will come back to CA, and my move is temporary.
I had the same situation with slight variation. I filed my AOS when I was in CA and them moved to different state.

My AOS was filed in OCt 2001 at CSC.
My company has different sites. I have been moved
permanently to another site from california site.
I was hoping , my AOS would get approved before i move.

In that case don't worry, let it continue from CSC and if you have someone close to you who is bankable then you can give his address for INS files. I did the same thing when I moved out from CSC.

(But talk to your lawyer)

I belive you can use AC21 to avoid refiling AOS using the new Address. You can say that its a similar job in a different place. I have seen approvals with AC21 without interview (or even RFE)

Talk to your attorney about this option.
Good luck.
