My lawyer had misplaced the 485 receipt notice and I called the IIO on 2/21/2003 and she gave me my EAC # and receipt date as 02/14/2002.
She said she'll send me a copy on monday 02/24/2003. I recently received a notice -- and it says the notice date is 02/24/2003.
I notice folks placing high relevance to the notice date and was curious if I jeopardized my case in anway.
