Advice on public assistance in the US

I and my wife entered the US with F1 and F2 res. Based on our income, my wife had received free health care in a local health network. We provided true visa and non-immigration status to get this service. I didn\'t know then that it would be an issue.
But I485 asks a question specifically about public assistance in the US. I am bit worried about it. Will it be an issue in approval. I would appreciate, if someone advises.

its up to u what u state ... was it charity care or county/muncipality assistance.

No. It\'s not emergency assistance. It\'s regular care. Since it is not in practice now, I am having hard time to get full details. But I feel that it was provided by a network of a few city hospitals.
