I had my I-140 approved in EB2 NIW category on Apr 22, 2005. I am currently working in the Canada office of my US Employer as my H-1 has expired and am debating on how to proceed with my third stage. My wife is still on the US on her H-1.

I go to the US as an H-4 dependant on my wife's visa and apply for my third stage and wait till I get my EAD. Problem is that I will have to go on a leave of absense from my employer and not be paid untill I get my EAD.

What is the wait-time for interview in Montreal ?
I had originally indicated CP in my application. So they had applied for my I-825 back in May after my I-140 approval. Looks like the I-825 should be approved in a short while based on California processing times (currently procesing May 2, 2005)
What are the next steps for getting the CP interview date and how long does it take ?
I would appreciate advice on how to proceed in this regard.
