Advice on EB1-EA

I am a newcomer to this forum. I have learnt a lot from postings out here. I am a chemical engineer working on a H1B visa for a private company. I received my PhD in 2002, and I worked as a post-doc for 1.5 years before being hired by my current employer.

I have 11 journal papers, 13 conference papers, 17 citations, and a couple of awards (student paper award from a professional organization, and a competitive national scholarship). I've also reviewed 8 papers for six different journals, conference papers for four different conferences, and been co-chair of four sesssions at national conferences.

I would like to request the opinion of others on this forum regarding the strengths and demerits of my case. Does anyone have suggestions on Do-it-Yourself kits for an EB1-EA?

Depending on what you do now, I would say you have a good chance. Your current reponsibilities will have to be highlighted in your petition.

My opinion of DIY kits are well known in this forum. Several kits have been reviewed here so a search is in your future.

Sounds pretty good. Get several good reference letters from independent international scientists and with a well written petition you should have good chances.
I looked at 2 DIY kits and both were complete useless (templates from recommendation letter, ideas for petition letter etc). I recommend using a lawyer but I know that some people prefer such DIY kits.
