Advice on AP

Hi,

I am a primary applicant. INS issued AP with (correct) married name for the first time. Recently, I got my second AP approved. But this time INS issued it with my maiden name.

What are the best ways to fix it?

I am assuming that you had your name changed in your passport. Needless to say, it will work if you have your maiden name in your passport. If not, take it to the local INS office. They will fix it for you.

Yes, I had name changed. I have to carry both the passports (one with maiden name and one with married name) for showing the travel history whenever I go out of the country.

Sure. The next time around keep your maiden name. It is less problematic to deal with a bruised male ego than it is to deal with the INS bureaucracy!
