I just became Canadian citizen. I am originally from Pakistan and currently working in USA on H1-B. I have apporved I-797. Since i was Canadian landed immigrant before (March 2003) i was exempt from USA Visa. But the law has been changed now. My question is since now i am Canadian citizen, can i travel from USA to Pakistan and come back without a VISA stamp in my passport. Do i require a valid Visa in my passport for H1-B or is it i can show I-797 along with my Canadian passport at the airport. I never had H1-B visa stamp in my passport. Please let me know. Your comments are truley appreciated.
