advice needed

Guys,
I got my GC last year through CP.
I need a good lawyer with whom I can discuss issues, get advice, etc... This forum is really good, and I will keep using it - but I would still like a lawyer.
1. Can you guys please refer me to some good lawyers for immigration matters (especially for things like life after GC, re-entry permit, Citizenship, staying out of US after GC, etc...)
2. How does the payment to lawyers work? Do I need to pay him for every phone call OR email that I correspond with him on; OR do I pay him lumpsum for the year; OR some other way?

I would like to talk to the lawyer about my situation, etc... on an ongoing basis, take his advice and do the right thing

Why do you need a lawyer for that? All you are looking for is information, which is available in this forum. You can also look up INS and DOS websites.

I agree with you that I should speak to a lawyer if I need reliable advice; that is why I sent out my original request asking for good lawyers.
You mentioned that talk to the bar association in your state. How do I contact them?
Also, if you happen to know a good lawyer, please, please let me know
