Advice needed - Jaxen pls help

My employer is in VA. I live in NJ.
It has been 6 months since my 485 has been filed at VSC.
I have an offer to join a company in Texas. I am planning to leave my employer and join this Texas company on EAD.
I have the following questions :

1) With my job transfer, will my application get transferred from VSC to TSC ?

2) If answer to 1) is YES, how can I prevent this application transfer from happening ?

3) My new company has an office in NY and they're willing to give me an employment letter from the NY office if I get an RFE when my time comes. However, if the RFE also requires producing paystubs, the INS will come to know that Im getting my payroll in Texas. Any advice on how this problem can be circumvented ?

4) Do I have to inform the INS (VSC) about my job change and address change ? If yes, then will it generate a transfer of my case ?

Experts... I would appreciate any advice on this.

Thank You

As you must have noticed by now, that AC21 is really a mystery unless INS comes out with the regulations. (and it is sure that even after that lots of questions will remain unanswered!)

Anyway, in your case, it is difficult to presume what WILL happen. This is all MAY happen ...

1) With my job transfer, will my application get transferred from VSC to TSC ?

- May be! Normally your application is bound by the HQ of the co. who sponsored you, and you are free to move, but with the job change, different INS centers follow different ways, and it is all unpredictable.

2) If answer to 1) is YES, how can I prevent this application transfer from happening ?

A simple way to avoid this would be not to inform INS of the job change.

3) The payroll can come out from the head quarter, as long as you have a letter from the NY office, you are very safe.

4) Do I have to inform the INS (VSC) about my job change and address change ? If yes, then will it generate a transfer of my case ?

Not necessarily. The INS memo did not make it mandatory to inform the INS about the job change. You may show the letter in case of an RFE. However, as long as you are able to get the letter from the NY office, there is no problem to inform the INS. But, you may wait until the RFE, if at all. It is difficult to know how to INS will handle the cases with the job change and without any RFE. (this will be known to INS only at the time of the Citizenship application). As long as AC21 is not clarified by INS, this will remain the case.
