Hi guys,
My fiance' is a USC and we're planning to get married. However, he's disabled after an accident and doesn't work. He's been in this condition for a long time and is receiving benefits from the gov. I've been in the US with an F1 Visa but never went to college, which I know would be a minus for me. Can I still get married to my disabled fiance' and get a co-sponsor to sponsor me? What are my chances of getting through and how long before I can get Work authorization and social? Any views? Please advice.
