Hi guys,

My fiance' is a USC and we're planning to get married. However, he's disabled after an accident and doesn't work. He's receiving benefits from the gov. I've been in the US with an F1 Visa but never went to college, which I know would be a minus for me. Can I still get married to my disabled fiance' and get a co-sponsor to sponsor me? What are my chances of getting through and how long before I can get Work authorization and social? Any views? Please advice.

I do not know about the work authorization or social thing but yes, you can marry your fiance and get some one whos related to him co-sponser you. You can read more details on the I-864 (affidavit of support) form.
