Called INS service line 4 weeks after 2nd fingerprint. The answer was "wait for notice from INS within the next 3-4 weeks, or otherwise, call back again.
I've seen other people on the forum saying that they've received email notice from INS, something new to me. Can anyone give me some updates and advice of what I should do next?
