Hi,
I am working in US with company A with a valid H1-B visa. My( visa + I-94) expires by mid march. Company A has filed an extension with INS. I got the SRC/EAC number. During this period, can i apply H1-B transfer through company B. Which Company's application will take precedence.
Can I work with Comp-A while Comp-B has applied for transfer. Is there any means by which Comp-A might come to know about my H1-B transfer background work.
Please advice.
