Advice needed on switching Employers after I-485 Approval

Dear Friends

I have been looking at various immigration related postings here on immigration.com, since i filed for my labor and were very helpful.

I got my 485 approved and i have got my stamping done at INS too.
Now can i switch my employer or do I need to wait for some time as
my 485 got approved less than 6 months from the day it was filed?

Please Advice?
