HI
My labor certification was refiled under the traditional method in Dec 2004 under EB2 at NJ .
Apart from a 45 day continuation letter, i have not heard any progress per the attorneys.
Please advise if:
1)anyone has successfully refiled under PERM without running the risk of losing the priority date. My attorneys has advised that the original application has to be withdrawn and with the refile, chances are that the priority date might be lost if unsucessful.
2) Having waited almost 1.5 years, does anyone recommend refiling under PERM?
