advice needed on Reentry Permit

I got my GC last year. I am planning to go back to my home country to start my business there. However, I still hope to keep my GC status and therefore, I am intending to apply for reentry permit.

My concern is: what is a good reason for me to state in the application form that I need to stay overseas for more than 1 year? If I said I want to start business overseas, what documents can help my case? Also, how long it takes for INS to approve such application?
